Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Inzer Advance Designs powerlifting gear and orders.
How do I determine the correct size for my powerlifting belt or singlet?
Size charts are available on each product page. For belts, measure your waist where the belt will sit (usually around the belly button) while braced. Do not use your pant size, as it is often inaccurate for supportive gear.
What is the typical lead time for custom-made gear?
Standard items usually ship within 2-5 business days. Custom-colored belts, suits, or shirts are handmade to order and typically require 4 to 8 weeks for production and delivery.
Is Inzer gear approved for use in powerlifting federations?
Yes, most Inzer Advance Designs products are IPF approved and legal for use in the USAPL, USPA, and other major powerlifting federations worldwide. Please check your specific federation's rulebook for equipment compliance.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unused, stock items within 30 days of delivery. Custom-made products, such as custom-sized suits or personalized belts, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
How should I care for and clean my knee sleeves and wraps?
We recommend hand washing your gear in cold water with a mild detergent and allowing it to air dry. Avoid using a dryer or bleach, as high heat and harsh chemicals can degrade the elasticity and support of the material.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our professional powerlifting equipment globally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
