At Inzer Advance Designs, we stand behind the quality of our powerlifting gear and offer returns or exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund or product replacement.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original condition, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship to Inzer
Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our designated returns warehouse; customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the gear for signs of use or damage, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
